Our story
Who we are
e2e was formed from a simple observation: businesses that master their technology and their processes consistently outperform those that don't.
Built from experience, not theory
e2e was formed as a result of our clients wanting to evolve through the power of technology and aligning their business processes. What started as practical help for businesses struggling with job management software grew into a full-service consultancy focused entirely on trade and field service businesses.
We're based in Christchurch, New Zealand, and we work with businesses across New Zealand and Australia. Simpro is our focus, and we are a Simpro Select Partner, which means we know it deeply rather than knowing many platforms broadly. We support AroFlo as well.
Our approach is practical. We don't sell software. We help businesses get the most out of the software they already have, or the software that's the right fit for where they're going.
What sets us apart
- Deep specialisation in Simpro, with AroFlo supported alongside it
- Experience across trade businesses of all sizes and types
- Honest advice, we tell you what your business actually needs, not what's easiest to sell
- Practical outcomes, we measure success by what changes in your business, not what we deliver
- Long-term relationships, most of our clients work with us for years, not weeks
Over 60 years of implementation experience
The knowledge to find the right product for your business, and the experience to implement it successfully.
