Implementation

A structured rollout that gets your team using the system correctly from day one, with your data, workflows and processes set up to actually reflect how your business works.

A rollout that sticks

Most implementations fail not because the software doesn't work, but because the setup doesn't match how the business actually runs. Data gets migrated without being cleaned. Workflows get configured to match the old way of doing things. The training happens once and is quickly forgotten.

We take a different approach. We spend time understanding your business before we touch the software. We configure it to match how you work, and how you want to work. We train your team in a way that sticks.

What's included

  • Pre-implementation discovery and process design
  • System configuration, jobs, workflows, pricing, users
  • Data migration and cleanup
  • Custom forms, schedules and job types
  • Integration setup with accounting systems
  • Team training tailored to each role
  • Go-live support and post-launch check-in

Who this is for

  • Businesses starting fresh on Simpro or AroFlo
  • Teams that have bought the software but haven't properly set it up

Common questions about implementation

What does a job management system implementation involve?

Configuring the system to match your workflows, migrating customer, supplier and job data, integrating your accounting software, and training both office and field teams. The configuration is the easy part. Adoption by the people using it every day is what decides whether it works.

Will my team actually use the new system?

That depends far more on training and workflow design than on the software. We train office and field teams separately, because they use the system differently, and we configure it around how your business already works rather than forcing new habits where they are not needed.

What happens to our existing data?

Customer, supplier and job data is cleansed and migrated as part of the implementation. Cleansing matters as much as migrating: importing years of duplicates and out-of-date records into a new system reproduces the old problems in a new place.
